Speedwell delivers Building 1 of its TRIAMA Residence project, which is the first of three buildings in this Speedwell development.
The first phase contains 66 apartments which have been sold out before the delivery date.
TRIAMA Residence is located on Baia de Aramă Street, near Basarabia Boulevard and the National Arena and consists of 3 separate buildings which offer studios, 2 and 3-room units. TRIAMA also includes a Profi proximity shop located on the ground floor of Building 1. The financing process and loan repayment was fully supported by Speedwell internal finance.
