The real estate developer Speedwell has put up for sale the Miro office building in the Băneasa district of Bucharest, at a price of at least EUR 60 million. AYA Properties, in which Speedwell shareholders also invest, is a potential buyer.
The Miro office building has a leasable area of 23,000 sqm, divided into 5 levels, and a rental rate of 88 percent. The tenants of the building are KPMG (8,500 sqm), Rovere (4,500 sqm), COS (4,000 sqm), Cegeka (1,600 sqm), Eaton, Neo Clinique, Stradale, Mitzu and Speedwell.
Speedwell plans to build a new car park building this year to complete the project.
