SPEEDWELL launches sales for the first phase of THE MEADOWS, an exclusive project located in a privileged location, with lake exit. Construction works for the first phase are scheduled to start by the end of this year, summing up an investment of EUR 7 million out of the total estimated value of EUR 80 million for the total development. The project is located in a picturesque location, on Fabrica de Cărămidă Street, District 1, right on the shores of Lake Grivita.
THE MEADOWS first phase will deliver a total of 15 townhouses, with 4 and 5 rooms, with net areas between 133 and 157 sqm with spacious terraces and generous gardens of up to 125 sqm.
