Speedwell kicked off construction works for the second building, part of THE IVY Phase 1. The first phase of the ensemble includes 2 buildings and comprises of 228 apartments in total.
The ensemble located in northern Bucharest, right on Jandarmeriei Street, consists of a total of 10 buildings that are going to be built in four phases, with a total of 800 residential units.
THE IVY is part of a mixed-use setup if combined with MIRO, the A class office project located within walking distance from the residential project.
“While the first building of THE IVY has already taken shape, we are also pleased to announce starting the construction works for Building 2, with a new stock of apartments being now available to our customers. Reaching the 75 percent sales threshold for the apartments in Building 1 is another reason to be excited.
