Spokey has leased 3,200 sqm of warehouse space and 120 sqm of office and social space in Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska III. The distributor of sports equipment was represented during the lease process by Cresa Poland. The start of operations is scheduled for the fourth quartel of 2021. Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska III is a distribution centre consisting of two warehouses that are currently under construction in Upper Silesia. The investment offers more than 71,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified warehouse space.
