SRV and LocalTapiola have agreed the sale of two apartment blocks located in Munkkivuori, Helsinki for €65 million. The is part of a larger development where SRV will build 7 apartment blocks, two of which it will sell to LocalTapiola. This agreement will see SRV complete 211 market financed rental housing units as well as five commercial units at the Lapinmäentie 1 site for LocalTapiola. Kim Särs LocalTapiola’s Real Estate Fund Director said about the project “. The complex is unique and it supports our strategy of investing in housing projects located in growth centres and in close proximity to excellent transport links and diverse services “. Construction on the site is due to begin this summer, with completion set for early 2020.
