Survey Sampling International (SSI) will take approximately 2,000 sqm of office space at the ISHO project, Mulberry Development’s new 50,000 sqm mixed-use scheme in Timisoara. This is the project’s first pre-lease. Construction will be divided into three phases, with the first phase, offering 16,000 sqm, set for completion in Q1 2018. The second 17,000 sqm phase is scheduled for completion in Q1 2019, while the third 17,000 sqm building will come on-line in 2020.
