Baltimore-based property company St. John Properties, has promoted Sean Doordan to Senior Vice President, Acquisitions. Working for the fim since 2005, Doordan previously served as Vice President, Acquisitions. Doordan will continue his role in the identification and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities including overseeing site analysis process, handling transaction negotiations, and closing activities. Doordan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware and a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University. He also holds a Master of Real Estate from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University.
