As part of its strategy to expand on the German market, Stahlwerks Welding opened its first plant in Cologne. The welding machine manufacturer took 1,000 sqm of warehouse space and another 350 sqm of offices at Meridian business park on Hansestrasse. The company will use the space for shipping its products on the German market. Realogi brokered the long-term lease. The eighth-building logistics complex, owned by Meridianus Grundbesitz VI GmbH, offers 18,400 sqm of warehouse space and 12,600 sqm of offices and provides good links to the A3, A4 and A59 motorways.
