Starbucks will open its 21st coffeehouse in Bucharest at the Campus 6.1 office complex, which Skanska is developing in the capital’s Central West submarket. The cafe will occupy an area of nearly 250 sqm and is scheduled to open later this year. Skanska recently sold the building to CA Immo for €53m. The deal is expected to close later this year. Starbucks’ Romanian network includes 38 cafes.
