Starbucks leased 200 sqm on the ground floor of Building D at the Novo Park office complex in Bucharest and plans to open a cafe at the location in September. Petko Zahariev, a shareholder of the company that owns the Starbucks franchise in Romania, said that the coffee brand is in the process of expanding across the country. Novo Park is a BREEAM-certified project owned by Genesis Development. The tenant mix includes Garanti Bank, UniCredit and Hewlett-Packard.
