Starlight U.S. Multi-Family acquired the recently completed Shingle Creek apartment complex in Orlando’s Kissimmee submarket from Altman Companies. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located in the Hunter’s Creek neighborhood, the property features 356 units in 15 low-rise apartment buildings. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, playground, swimming pool, spa and 490 parking spots. The management arm of the property’s developer, Altman Management Company, will manage the Shingle Creek for Starlight.
