The Czech daily Hospodářské noviny writes that Starwood Capital is looking to sell The Park, a key business park in the Prague 11 suburb of Chodov. It’s thought that the price for the complex, which has grown over the past decade to 12 office buildings, could reach as high as €400m. The Park, which has tenants such as DHL, Honeywell, IBM and Sony, cost Starwood roughly €300m back in 2013. JLL has reportedly been assigned to sell the asset in a transaction that would prove one of the year’s largest deals, if it were to be realized.
