Starwood Hotels & Resorts is bringing its W brand to the Serbian market. Partnering with Belgrade Waterfront, Starwood plans to open W Belgrade and The Residences at W Belgrade in 2019.
W Belgrade, to go up in the center of the massive mixed-use Belgrade Waterfront project, will offer 120 guestrooms and suites as well as 165 apartments, ranging from 55 to 100 sqm.
The Belgrade Waterfront scheme will include 1 million sqm of residential, office and retail space on 177 ha. The project is being developed by the Serbian government and Eagle Hills.
