Slovenská restrukturalizačná will buy out the claims of unsecured creditors of Váhostav. The company was established by the Slovak Finance Ministry in July with €855,000 in basic capital and access to €20m in bank financing. Former member of parliament Peter Miššík was appointed CEO of the new company. Slovenská reštrukturalizačná will buy out the creditors‘ claims at 50 percent of their value up to €200,000, writes the server Trend.sk. It will then seek to recover the debts from Váhostav, a construction company that went into restructuring in May.
