State-owned heat provider Bratislavská teplárenská (BAT) sold six out of the nine properties it put up for auction. The sites with Slovnaft petrol stations proved the most attractive, while the BAT headquarters on Bajkalská street remains unsold. The revenue from the sale reached €3.289m, according to Trend.sk, adding that the company had hoped to earn €10.8m. The petrol station on Bajkalská street attracted the strongest interest with 280 bids and was sold for €516,000, five times the listed price. The 5 ha Areál Teplárne III site along Vajnorská street, which features a hall designed by the architect Dušan Jurkovič, fetched €1.94m, the highest price at the auction.
