Status Capital has picked up a mixed-use property on Madison Avenue’s “Gold Coast” in a $61.5 million transaction. The five story, 9,300 square foot building is located at 715 Madison Avenue. The ground floor retail space totals 1,650 square feet and was purchased from philanthropist Joshua Mailman and his daughter Jody Wolfe. Neighboring high end tenants on the shopping strip include De Beers jewelers, Roberto Cavalli, and the French handbag maker Longchamp, which purchased its property from Mailman in 2008 for $48 million.
