Entrepreneur Ştefan Cherciu, the owner of the carpentry manufacturer Casa Noastra in Dolj, is investing EUR 6 million in a Craisova office project.
“It will be finished in a maximum of two months, we are going to rent it out. It will be 4,500 square meters and will be named Cardinal Tower. The project was built through our company, Casa Noastra Imobiliare,” said Ştefan Cherciu.
The entrepreneur is not in the first real estate development, he still has in his portfolio a few residential projects. However, Cardinal Tower is the first office project he is developing.
