Romanian businessman Stefan Mandachi has turned his hotel in Bucovina into a center for Ukrainian refugees. According to him, many refugees, including families with children and animals, continue to come to his hotel.
“We have canceled all our bookings,” Mandachi said, adding that he would accommodate the Ukrainians for as long as needed. “This is the last problem. We have enough food, we have no problem with goods, we bought and we received donations also,” he said.
“We still need Ukrainian-speaking volunteers to stay up all night! Come straight to the Mandachi Hotel & Spa, don’t call anymore, the phones are full! We need mattresses,” the businessman wrote on his Facebook page.
