Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, Continental Realty Corporation, has hired Stefanie Simpson as Commercial Lease Administrator. Prior to joining Continental, Simpson served as a Senior Lease Analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle and functioned as a Human Resources Coordinator for AmerisourceBergen. In her new role, Simpson will be responsible for the tracking and processing of commercial and retail leases and will work closely with the company’s Property Management and Leasing teams. “Stefanie has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, and demonstrated experience handling multiple assignments and responsibilities from her previous positions,” said Michele Williams, Vice President and Controller for Continental Realty Corporation. “Her excellent communication and organizational skills will enable her to immediately contribute to our team.”
