Contractor Stellar Development Inc., based in Sarasota, has started working on a new Holiday Inn and Suites in Orlando. The Lake Buena Vista area property will feature a six story 89,000 square foot facility that will house 143 rooms along with a dining area, a full-service kitchen and meeting rooms. “Our entire team at Stellar Development is excited to break ground on this great project, it will be a tremendous addition to our project portfolio and the continuing growth in the Florida market” says Stellar Development President Maurice Opstal.
