STEP IT Academy signed with Genesis Property, the company owned by Liviu Tudor, to rent a space in the YUNITY Park project in the Capital, for a period of 5 years, starting from November 15.
In April, the developer started the transformation of the Novo Park business park, located in the Northern area of Bucharest, into YUNITY Park, a new real estate concept, which will be completed in the first months of 2023, with a total investment of EUR 50 million.
YUNITY Park includes co-working and co-living spaces, a conference center with a total capacity of 540 seats, a cafe-restaurant, as well as entertainment, fitness areas and specially designed spaces for socializing and relaxing. The exterior parking lot in the complex is to be transformed into a green area on a total area of 7,500 sqm. The space will include an amphitheater for outdoor events, but also an urban forest of 1,000 sqm.
