Tower Commercial Real Estate has hired Stephen Smith as senior managing director. He will serve clients in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Smith previously served as vice president of the Hogan Group and was a vice president at Carey, Kramer, Silvester Associates. He also worked for TIAA-CREF in New York as a senior investment analyst.
