The investor Steven Herring, one of the richest South Africans, enters the Romanian real estate market, with a residential project located in the corporate area of Pipera, on a plot of 5,000 sqm that belonged, in the past, to the businessman George Becali.
Herring has designed on this land a residential complex consisting of two buildings with a basement and 6 floors, plus the withdrawn 7th floor, which will total 148 apartments.
This project marks the entry of the Heriot group on the Romanian real estate market. One of the administrators of the Romanian business of the Heriot group is John George Mavrokordatos, appointed in 2019 honorary consul of South Africa in Nicosia and partner of the South African group Atterbury Europe.
