The Stewart Companies have purchased an industrial building in Henrico County, Virginia for $11 million. The 142,993 sq ft property was built in 1989 and is currently fully leased to direct mail marketing company the Colortree Group. Trading for just under $77 per sq ft, the building is located at 8000 Villa Park Drive. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with Newmark’s Baltimore Capital Markets team, represented the seller, Maryland-based Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners. “We are interested in discovering additional acquisition opportunities in the region,” said Cameron Wick, Director of Business Development for the Stewart Companies in Virginia. “Smart, planned growth of our portfolio will ensure the future growth of the company and the local communities in which we invest.”
