Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the lease process. Panattoni Park Poznań VII is a modern distribution complex located in Koninko, 12 km from the Poznań city center. Once fully built out, the park will consist of five buildings providing a total of 130,000 sqm and offering high-tech solutions, functionality and flexibility in module arrangement.
