The Swiss real estate platform Stoneweg has acquired the land where the old Coca-Cola bottling plant is located in the town of Fuenlabrada to build a new logistics complex in the southeast of Madrid. The project involves the purchase of more than 220,000 square meters of land. The Swiss company will demolish the existing buildings on the land to develop a logistics complex of around 115,000 square meters.
Based in Geneva, Stoneweg has so far completed more than 250 deals worth €3.6 billion. The company offers both development and debt investment opportunities to institutional investors and wealth managers, with teams located in Spain, Switzerland, the United States, Italy, Andorra and Ireland.
