Strabag has leased 1,000 sqm of office space at Point 75 building in Lublin. Cushman & Wakefield represented the construction company during leasing negotiations. Point 75 is a class A office building that also offers retail space. The 1,770 sqm GLA property is located at 75 Spółdzielczości Pracy Avenue, northern Lublin. The owner of the project is K-Investment.
