Strabag Real Estate and Pareto are planning an office project for Bonn’s Bundesviertel district. Haus der Höfe will go up on a 4,400 sqm plot on the corner of Joseph-Beuys-Allee and Walter-Flex-Strasse. The 11, 500 sqm office building will offer 7,300 sqm of leasable space. The scheme will also have an underground garage with 90 spots. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2016. The complex will be suitable for services or research and development institutes, as well as company headquarters.
