STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) remains the sole service provider for technical and infrastructural facility management services for Vodafone Germany. A corresponding service contract was signed in September with a term of two years.
The managed real estate portfolio comprises around 400 properties in Germany with a total area of around 400,000 m². These include Vodafone shops, technical buildings, call centres, various office locations – including the 18-storey Vodafone Campus at Ferdinand-Braun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf – as well as seven large data centres. The range of services includes comprehensive integrated facility management services, from infrastructural services to technical facility management and special trades.
STRABAG PFS has already been working for Vodafone Germany for seven years.
