Strabag posted a turnover of €322m in Romania for 2013, down 13 percent from the previous year. The Austrian construction company blamed the loss on a lack of continuity in the projects it undertook in Romania. Strabag oversaw construction last year on two major highway projects in the country: the Comarnin-Brasov motorway and another 14.5 km stretch between Deva and Orastie. It also built Sky Tower, the tallest office building in Romania. The company has yet to sign on to any additional projects in Romania.
