Strabag Real Estate will be building a new hospitality development in Leipzig, The Hotel Holiday Inn Express Leipzig – City Hauptbahnhof hotel. It will be located on a 1,250 sqm plot on Brandenburger Straße directly opposite the city’s main train station. The hotel will feature 162 rooms and will be operated by Foremost Hospitality. The company already runs 15 hotels across Germany and another in the UK. Completion of the hotel is scheduled for 2019.
