Strabag Property and Facility Services was the repeat winner of the HOF Awards 2019 Facility Management Company for its work in Hungary. It’s the country’s market leader, with 2.3% market share, producing sales revenues of HUF 19bn, with new clients including Magyar Telekom. The company is furthermore heavily involved in the of numerous shopping centers. Highlights of the additions it made to its client list during 2018 include OBI Retail Hungary, Eurocenter, East Gate logictics center, Invitel Távközlési Zrt., Coloplast Hungary, and Optima RE Fund (Millenáris office buildings).
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
