Stradale is planning to open a new location, for a restaurant and a specialty coffee shop on the ground floor of the Miro office building developed by Speedwell in Bucharest. The real estate consulting company Griffes assisted Stradale in leasing the 750 sqm space.
The 23,000 sqm office building is under construction in the northern Bucharest area with delivery planned for the end of this year.
