Adrian Stroilescu, manager of the American investment fund Highlander, and Alexandru Mănăilă, a Harvard graduate and former Wall Street consultant, are preparing to start the construction of a residential complex with over 300 apartments on the shores of Lake Fundeni in Bucharest.
The purchase was completed in the spring of last year for a plot of 10,000 sqm, located on the shores of Lake Fundeni in Bucharest, and now they are preparing the construction of a residential project consisting of two buildings of 10 floors and a third with 17 floors.
“The SunLake Residence project will have 308 apartments and will be completed in two stages. Now we are working on the execution details and we want to start as soon as possible,” said Adrian Stroilescu.
