Walker & Dunlop has announced the addition of Stuart Wernick to its Capital Markets team as Senior Vice President & Managing Director. Based out of the Company’s Dallas, Texas office, Wernick will be responsible for building the regional production platform while arranging commercial real estate loans to banks, life insurance companies, and other capital sources. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Wenick served as Senior Managing Director at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and was the founder and President of Quantum First Capital which was acquired by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in 2009.
