Halstatt Real Estate Partners, Development Ventures Group and Ustler Development have opened a mixed-use scheme in downtown Orlando. UnionWest is part of the new $1.5bn Creative Village redevelopment. The $105m student housing tower will feature 644 beds, 100,000 sq ft of academic space, 11,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail and parking for 600 vehicles. Serving students from the University of Central Florida and Valencia College, the facility will be managed by Franklin Street.
