The 5 ha recreational area next to Zámocký park in Stupava, just outside Bratislava, is on the market. The property includes a hotel with a congress complex, a mixed-use sports hall with tennis courts and a natural swimming pool. There is also space for further development. The owner of the area, Swiss-marketing Slovakia, has secured planning and construction permits for the modernization of the whole area as well as the development of 56 apartments. The mixed-use hall could be turned into additional conference space, making it the largest congress center outside of Bratislava with a capacity 3,300.
