Mota-Engil Real Estate has completed its residential project, Devonská Barrandov in the Prague neighbourhood of the same name and obtained the final acceptance. The construction, which was executed by an affiliated company of its own holding company, brought 144 new flats located in 3 seven-storey buildings. The layouts of flats with an average size of 65 m2 are ranging from one room to four rooms with kitchenettes. Most of them have a balcony or terrace, while the ground-floor flats have yards. The new residents will begin moving in this autumn. Several showroom flats with designer furnishings can be visited by others interested in quality housing.
