SudRezidential starts this summer the second phase of the Metalurgiei Park Residence project in Bucharest.
Phase II will take place on an area of 20 hectares of land and will include approximately 5,000 new housing units. The new blocks will have a higher height regime, between GF + 8 and maximum GF + 12 floors, and the parking lots offered will be both above ground and underground.
Metalurgiei Park Residence is one of the largest residential real estate projects in Romania, the cumulative value of real estate developers’ investments exceeding the amount of EUR 350 million.
