Summa Development Group LLC is set to break ground on its $42 million CitiTower apartment building in downtown Orlando this summer. Located at the northeast corner of East Church Street and Lake Avenue, the 23-story mixed-use complex will offer 233 apartments. The building will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as 8,950 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 345 parking spaces. The plans also calls for a rooftop pool and amenities deck. Austin Commercial LP is the general contractor, while Baker Barrios Architects designed the scheme. Tenants should be able to move in next year.
