Monument Real Estate Services has appointed Summer Davis as regional manager for the Orlando area. The company has been retained to manage three apartment communities throughout the Orlando area, Barber Park, The Park at Laurel Oaks Apartments and Windrift Apartments. Davis will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s Orlando portfolio, including the newly added 1,366 units. Prior to joining Monument, Davis served as the senior director of operations for Multifamily Management, Inc. where she was responsible for all aspects of operations for 29 properties located from Albany, New York to Miami. Davis also worked as a senior property manager for Merion Realty Management and as a regional director for PRG Real Estate Management. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations from the University of Central Florida.
