Summit Contracting Group has won a $35 million contract for an apartment community in Atlanta. The new development, Cheshire Bridge, will be located at 2470 Cheshire Bridge Road, and will feature 282 units in three buildings totaling 331,662 square feet. Working with Summit will the Jacksonville-based firm will be Poole and Poole Architecture of Midlothian, Virginia. Construction is set to begin later this month.
