Sun & Snow, which manages the rental of flats in more than 40 holiday resorts and Polish cities, has increased the number of serviced flats to nearly 2.5 thousand. This means that in the last six months alone, the company has acquired more than 400 new holiday flats, which are already available in the largest independent reservation system in Poland. Among the new facilities on offer from Sun & Snow are four new locations in Warsaw, or the intimate facilities in the Masurian village of Trękusy.
The acquisition of new serviced flats in Warsaw has been announced by Sun & Snow for some time. At the same time as these plans, however, the company has been consistent in its efforts to acquire flats in smaller towns and resorts within the reach of its existing local offices.
“The impetus that has allowed us to significantly increase the number of serviced flats at present and expand our offer is undoubtedly the implementation of the new Click & Stay checking system. The most important change for guests in this case is, of course, online check-in, although the scope of the changes is much broader,” – says Aleksandra Mokrogulska, Head of Project Office at Sun & Snow.
Sun & Snow has been consistently building its own booking system for several years, which already generates the majority of bookings for flat owners serviced by the market leader. In addition, the company has a proprietary system for serviced flats. Using it, owners can not only check the current level of bookings, but also take advantage of the many statistics and settings used in marketing a location.
“The flat owner can decide for themselves whether they want the rental of their flat to be offered at a promotional price or through third-party booking services, whose commission levels are often very significant. We are also very attractive cost-wise. What is worth noting is that we do not charge extra for bookings flowing in from our own channels, or for minor repairs or maintenance carried out on the flats. All this means that we currently have dozens or so of new contracts signed every week for new flats in our network.” – Bartłomiej Majdak, Key Account Director at Sun & Snow, adds.
As Sun & Snow announces, this is not the end of its plans to acquire new flats to be available within the network in the coming months. On the one hand, the company is strengthening its cooperation with developers, to whom it can offer a full package of services related to the operation of holiday flats, through consultancy or sales support. On the other hand, it is creating a network of dealers to acquire flats that are already on the market. These activities are to primarily cover Warsaw and other large cities where the operator’s offer was not available, such as Wrocław, Toruń or Poznań.
