The Charlotte-based developer SunCap Property Group has announced a potential starting date for the SunPort Industrial Park in northwest Jacksonville. The 317.5 acre industrial park will be located off Lem Turner Road and northwest of Interstate 295. The complex has been approved for the construction 4.8 million square feet of industrial real estate. With a start date planned for the first quarter of 2016, the developer could deliver a 440,000 square foot building within 12 months.
