The American Super 8 hotel chain is planning to open 10 hotels on the Polish market over the next four years. The Polish builder Unibep will oversee construction, while Satoria Group SA is to manage the franchises. “So far, the Super 8 chain has been active only in the US, Canada and China. The first opening in Poland will be also be the chain’s European debut,” said Andrzej Wójcik, vice president of Satoria Group. The first hotel is expected to go online next year in Warsaw. Investors are looking to secure land for nine more hotels.
