Sushi & Food Factor has renegotiated its lease agreement at P3 Park Poznań. The Polish company, which produces ready Japanese dishes, leases 2,400 sqm of production and warehouse space at the park and will take an additional 1,800 sqm. Axi Immo advised during the lease process. Park P3 Poznan is located in the village of Robakowo, 16 km from the Poznań city center. It is one of the largest logistics parks in Greater Poland. The project offers 190,000 sqm of industrial and office space and has space to expand by more than 200,000 sqm for BTS projects.
