Svoboda & Williams is the winner of the Local Agency prize at the HOF Awards 2019, which took place on April 4 in central Prague at the Marriott Hotel. The company’s success at the awards recognizes major achievements during 2018, including the launch of its Private Home Search service, which provides clients with hands-on assistance with property searches & acquisitions, and with the establishment of a new market analysis team led by Senior Analyst Jana Volavková. Svoboda & Williams, the Czech partner of Christie’s International Real Estate network, produced a 32% increase in residential rentals, improved residential sales of 0.4% and a 30% jump in property management turnover. It was also the first Czech real estate company to present a new project – the Šárecký dvůr residential park – in virtual and augmented reality.
The HOF Awards are organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, publishers of the region’s leading property magazine, CIJ, and organizers of major property conferences as well as the CIJ Awards series throughout CEE.
