Smartown Investments has acquired Swan Office & Technology Park for €30.3m. The group of Romanian investors won the auction after bidding against five other investors.
The 29,124 sqm office scheme opened in 2011 and is located in northern Bucharest. Swan Office & Technology Park is 80 percent leased. The anchor tenant is the online retailer eMag.
