Swan Office & Technology Park is back on the auction block with a reduced asking price of €31m. Interested investors have until July 9 to submit their offers. The Bucharest office project was originally put up for auction in December for €42.7m but failed to find a suitable buyer. Swan Office & Technology Park was developed by Swan Property, which became insolvent in January 2013. The park is currently 45 percent occupied.
